E is for Exercise - Day 30 - Daily Content Challenge

These two mugs I am using today remind me of a number of trips I have taken. Flights to Thailand generally land in Bangkok with connecting flights to other cities in the country. London Heathrow is also a busy stopover for destinations in the UK and other places in Europe. Many of my adventures to London and Bangkok are included in my Travelling Tuesdays book.

Today I want to talk about the letter E in the acronym “Life S.A.V.E.R.S.”.

E stands for Exercise. When you exercise for even a few minutes every morning, it significantly boosts your energy, enhances your health, improves self-confidence and emotional well-being, and enables you to think better and concentrate longer.

The benefits of morning exercise are too many to ignore.

From waking you up and enhancing your mental clarity, to helping you sustain higher levels of energy throughout the day, exercising soon after getting up can improve your life in many ways. The point is you are getting your heart rate up, generating energy and increasing your ability to be alert and focused.

Sitting too long at your computer or watching TV is not good for you.  Stand up at every commercial and take a walk around your house.  Set your alarm on your phone to remind yourself to get moving.

So are you still sitting at your device? Stand up and get moving! You will be glad you took an exercise break!  I am going to get up and move now too.
