Hold Hands - Don't Let Go! - Day 133 of Daily Content Challenge
The picture today is a small green dish with a circle of five elephants. They are using their trunk to hold on to a rope that appears to be attached to the tail of the elephant in front of them.
I am not sure this is actually how elephants follow one another. It looks like they don’t need a rope to hold onto. The smaller elephants just seem to follow the one in front of them and use their trunk to touch the tail of the elephant in front of them. I am guessing it is like the mother elephant is telling her calves to ‘hold hands’ when they are walking along the path or crossing a stream.Â
The other interesting thing I found on the bottom of this little dish is a price tag that says Small Elephant Dish 355.00 Baht. The Baht is the name of the currency in Thailand and 355 Baht is equal to $14.02 CAD or $11.05 USD.
