Motivation - Synergy
Unity is strength. Synergy is might. Teamwork is power. Matshona Dhliwayo
Strength, Might and Power.  Might is physical strength or power. If you try with all your might to climb a difficult rock wall, it means that you try as hard as you can to get to the top.
Unity represents togetherness. Standing together through thick and thin. Unity leads to a harmonious and fulfilling life for all.
Unity is strength is a widely used proverb. It means that when a group of people stays united they will emerge stronger compared to what they would have been as individuals. Unity makes strength is the national motto of Belgium.
Synergy is might. Synergy is the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations to produce a combined effect that is greater than the sum of their separate results. Synergy usually comes when two persons with different complementary skills cooperate. Synergy is used in a positive way when things or people come together to produce something great.
Mark Twain said, ‘Synergy is the bonus that is achieved when things work together harmoniously’.Â
Teamwork is power. Teamwork brings people together. It motivates them to rely on one another to get things done. Teamwork makes progress easier and allows the group to overcome challenges that would have overwhelmed an individual working alone.
When we work together we learn faster. Working together helps with idea generation and creativity. Working in teams boosts morale and motivation. Teamwork also relieves stress.
Teamwork is the secret that makes common people achieve uncommon things.
