Start Your Morning Routine Today - Day 33 - Daily Content Challenge
The mugs for today’s smoothie represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, New Zealand which is one of the Commonwealth countries and the city of London, England. On the mugs we see images of date palm trees in Saudi Arabia, a Kiwi bird for New Zealand and a picture of Big Ben, a famous clock, in London.
For the last six days I have been talking about the letters in the acronym “Life S.A.V.E.R.S.”.
Is this an easy thing to follow? Not at first but the best thing to do is to start now. Plan to start the next morning. Set your alarm five minutes to the hour you are going to start. Make a positive Bedtime Affirmation - tell yourself, “I am going to wake up feeling energized in the morning.’ Be thankful. Say, ‘Thank you for giving me 7 hours of sleep tonight!’
Hal Elrod recommends you put the alarm clock far away from the bed so you have to physically get out of bed when the alarm goes off. Turn on the lights, turn off the alarm, brush your teeth and drink a full glass of water. Often when people feel tired what they really need is more water, not more sleep. Next, get dressed in your exercise clothes and then go sit upright in another room ready to start your morning Lifesavers.
Start now. I did. You can too!
