What is your morning routine? - Day 26 - Daily Content Challenge
Part of my morning routine is to make a smoothie. Today I am enjoying my smoothie using mugs from Kuwait, United Arab Emirates and Qatar.Â
These three countries are all located on the Arabian Peninsula. I had the opportunity to live and work in Kuwait. While teaching high school math at an international school there, I had the opportunity to travel to the UAE and to Qatar. Â

Currently, I am reading ‘the Miracle Morning’ by Hal Elrod.
In the Second Chapter he listed six personal development activities and the feelings he experienced when he started to implement these into his early morning routine.
After 10 minutes of Silence, he felt peaceful, after 10 minutes of Reading, he felt motivated. After 10 minutes of Affirmations, he felt empowered. Visualization enabled him to feel inspired, Journaling made him feel grateful, Exercise made him feel energized.
Peaceful, motivated, empowered, inspired, grateful and energized. These are definitely the feelings that make for a great start to a wonderful day. Â
I found this Daily Content Challenge to be a form of Journaling and I have been sharing many things I am thankful for and yes it is true when we write down the things we are grateful for it does make me more grateful!
