Encourage One Another

Encourage One Another - Day 17 of Daily Content Challenge

There are many Bible verses that tell us to encourage one another and build each other up.

Ephesians 4:32 says:
Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.

In the Good News Bible it says:  No one does anything alone. You can help friends and family get through life's big and small obstacles, and they will do the same for you.

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

Expressing Gratitude is a way to Encourage One Another.

When we say thank you to someone, it is one way to encourage them.

Tell them how they helped you and give them details of how they had a positive impact on you. This will encourage them too. When we make a point of noticing when someone else has behaved in a way that encourages us, it lets them know that their efforts are appreciated.

Just a simple smile given to someone can make them and yourself feel better. In this day of social distancing and mask wearing, we need to make eye contact with others and smile with our eyes.

Have a blessed day and be encouraged.
