Producing Results

Kekich Credo Statements - Producing Results - Day 238 - Daily Content Challenge

Kekich Credo #50 - Producing results is more important than proving you’re right. To get things done, try to understand others’ frames of references, points of view, needs and wants. Then determine what is honest, fair, effective and rational… and act accordingly.

Producing results.  Hmm - the definition of a result is how something ended or the outcome of some action.  It implies that something has ended or reached its conclusion. To produce a result is to get a job done.

Here are some tips for achieving your goals and producing results.

    1. Lean on Your Strengths.  Find out what you are good at.  Everyone of us has our own talents, areas of expertise, and skill sets in which we excel.  Find out what yours are and use them to produce results. Focus on those things that you can bring to the table, because you know that is where you have the most to offer.

    2. Work Smarter. Producing results isn’t about just working harder.  It is about working smarter.  Ask yourself and your team members what you can do differently, better, faster, or cheaper to help achieve your goals.

  • Gather Honest Feedback. Embrace all feedback, both good and bad. To reach that next level you need to accept the fact that you are not perfect.  We all have room for improvement and getting honest, constructive feedback helps shed light on our personal path to growth.

  • Tackle the Biggest Hurdles First. Decide what matters most to you and your business and go after those things first. Focus on the things that will bring you closest to the finish line.
  • Assume the Sale. Believe with all your heart and mind that you can do it, and you will! Achieving big goals and producing results is as much about how you think as it is about how you perform. Have a winning mindset.  There is no room for self-doubt along the path to producing excellent results.

There is no excuse for giving up.  Dig deeper, find a solution and deliver on your promises.  Go on.  Set aggressive but achievable goals.  Look for supporters, get organized, allocate resources and monitor progress regularly.  Make sure you celebrate your success.
