Treasures Found At a Gift Shop

Treasures I found at a gift shop this summer.  While on a trip to visit the BC Wildlife Park last week, we stopped for a look at the items in the gift shop.  I found some bookmarks with some really cute sayings.

Here are the words on one that had a picture of a Moose.

• It’s OK to be a little wild!

This list reminded me of the many quotes and credos I have been writing about recently.

• Think big - have big dreams and put them into action.

• Spend time in the woods - take time to enjoy nature and the wonders of the world around you.

• Eat plenty of greens - eat a healthy diet

• Hold your head up high - have confidence in your ability

• Stay on track - focus and follow your plan

• Keep your nose clean - be truthful and do things with integrity

• It’s OK to be a little wild! - step out of your comfort zone and try something new!

Moose can be found across northern Europe and Asia, as well as throughout North America.  The moose (in North America) or elk (in Eurasia) is the largest and heaviest species in the deer family.  Most moose occur in Canada, Alaska, and New England.
