Today I want to give thanks for:
1. The growing list of registrations for Handbell Discovery! I am on the Lethbridge Committee planning an Online Discovery Event. All my Bridge City Ringers are registered for this event too! Definitely makes my heart happy seeing the registration list growing. If you would like to check out this event go to www.algehr.org anyone who likes learning new things is welcome to discover the art of ringing handbells.
2. Discovered a post on a Facebook friend’s page titled ‘Hey God, Hey John’ with a conversation about all the beauty God sees in the world. The author is John Roedel. I also found some of his podcasts. I am enjoying the episodes while trying to find the one I read on Facebook. If you click the button on the right you will find his podcasts.
3. Opportunity to attend an in-person worship service today and then to scoot home in time to catch the live streamed service as well. Sound is clearer online since I wear hearing aids and need my headphones to hear what people are saying clearly.
4. Thankful that God knows what is going on. Words shared by Anna Braun today. Jesus has overcome the world. We know this but this is about more than just the facts. It is about that peace we have by being part of the family. His peace is about bringing His peace to others. Ask God questions so we can learn to find unity with each other. Jesus came not to preach at but to bring people in so we can all enjoy His peace. Amen.
